Notice for Participants & Spectators

Ice skating on a frozen surface or participating in other recreational activities played on an artificial surface involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in or cause injury or death to a participant or spectator.

• All participants and spectators who enter the facility or premises are deemed to assume any inherent risk of injury or death resulting from participating in or observing such activities.
• All participants and spectators who enter the facility or premises agree to hold the operator harmless from all liability resulting from an injury or death arising from participating in or observing the above-mentioned activities

Turf Field Policies

All athletes participate at their own risk. Please see the notice above for additional information for participants and spectators.

• You must check-in before entering the turf field.
• Follow all announcements and obey instructions of coaches and officials.
• NO CLEATS on Turf Field. Sneakers or turf shoes ONLY.
• NO soda, sports drinks, alcohol, coffee, or any beverages other than water allowed in the arena.
• NO food, peanuts, seeds, or gum allowed in the arena.
• NO pets or other animals.
• NO pushing, pulling, or shoving.
• NO pushing or jumping into side boards surrounding the turf field.
• NO sitting or climbing on railings.
• Do not congregate at the railings or block the entrances or exits.
• Participating in activities under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Please report any injury to a Warinanco Sports Center staff member.
• Please respect your fellow participants.
• Most of all, HAVE FUN!

Ice Rink Policies

All skaters participate at their own risk. Please see the notice above for additional information for participants and spectators.

There will be a 20-minute resurfacing break midway through all General Skate Sessions.

Skate rentals need to be returned 15 minutes prior to the end of the General Skate Session.

• You must have the appropriate Warinanco Sports Center admission sticker to enter the ice.
• Children 10 and under MUST be accompanied by a chaperone 16 years or older.
• It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that children 10 years and younger, and all beginner skaters, wear protective headgear.
• You must wear ice skates to enter the ice rink.
• Follow all announcements and obey the instructions of the skate guards.
• Cell phones, headphones, cameras, backpacks, and pocketbooks are not permitted on the ice.
• Food and drinks are not permitted on the ice.
• Spins and jumps are only permitted at center ice, when the rink is not crowded.
• NO pushing, pulling, or shoving.
• NO weaving in and out between ice skaters or cones.
• No sitting or climbing on the boards or sidelines.
• No carrying a child or other person while skating.
• No more than two people may hold hands while skating.
• Do not congregate at the railings or block the entrances or exits.
• The center of the ice is reserved for figure skating.
• Skating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
• Please report any injury to a Warinanco Sports Center staff member.
• Please respect your fellow ice skaters.
